Consider the Stratford Modular Advantage:

The Stratford Factory

Stratford Building Corporation® has been manufacturing quality modular residential buildings in our Rathdrum, Idaho facility since 1995. Our modern 44,000 square foot production plant and twin 5,000 sq. ft. storage building, allow us to manufacture year around in a dry, climate-controlled environment, eliminating many of the problems resulting from weather related problems that plague site built projects.

We do not build "trailers," "HUD Construction," or other types of temporary units, but rather follow the same Federal and State Codes required of all site constructed residential buildings attached to permanent foundations as "real property." Quality assurance inspectors follow each modular section throughout the production sequence.
